The event fees are to be transferred after receipt of the invoice. A written cancellation is possible free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the event. In the event of cancellation after this deadline, 50% of the fee is due up to the 14th day before the start of the event and 80% of the fee up to the 7th day before the start of the event. For cancellations after that, the entire fee is due.
The offer is billed on the basis of the number of participants communicated by the customer. Any people who join spontaneously will be billed at the current price.
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer’s liability – also towards third parties – is limited to intent and gross negligence. This also applies to the vicarious agents employed by the organizer. The organizer’s contractual liability for damage that is not physical damage is excluded, unless it is based on grossly negligent or intentional action. The organizer assumes no liability for lost clothing, valuables or equipment belonging to the participants. If the participants make use of the services of third parties, in particular rescue and rescue services, they must keep the organizer free of any costs incurred as a result.
As a part of the event, the participants (Online Events) or the Projekt Manager (Offline Events) take photos and videos during the event. By accepting the offer, the customer agrees that these recordings can be made. The recordings will be made available to the customer after the event. The recordings will be automatically deleted from our servers after 365 days. On special request, the files can be deleted earlier.
The prices are in each case plus the statutory value added tax.
